At Italian VegaTM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original Italian VegaTM tags attached back into the original packaging to ensure protection during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our quality team inspects the items.
